Tasting Notes
A mosaic of tropical fruit and citrus flavours with a hint of honey on the finish. The palate boasts a richness in texture that is very typical of this variety. This variety is often described as the "red wine drinkers white" and works equally well in elegant fine dining or as a casual apperatif on the verandah.
Cellaring Potential
Drinking well now but will develop complexity over the next year or two.
Suggested Foods
Rich duck or pork dishes especially asian dishes with star anise.
Technical Details
